Please read the following carefully. This website is governed by these Terms & Conditions. By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by them.

Due to uncertainties within international trade, House of Royal Group reserves the right to amend this Shipping and Return Policy at any time, without prior notice, to comply with changing regulations, tariffs, customs procedures, taxes, or other relevant factors.


1 | Website & Content

1.1 This website is primarily directed at those who access it from the USA and Europe. If you access it from other locations, you assume responsibility for complying with local laws.

1.2 All items displayed on this website are conceived, designed, engineered, and supplied by House of Royal Group EU, referred to here as “Royal Equestrian,” “we,” “us,” or “our.” HOUSE OF ROYAL GROUP represents House of Royal EU in Delaware, USA.

1.5 We reserve the right to use, free of charge, any ideas or suggestions you send to us through this website.

1.6 We reserve the right to change, modify, remove, or substitute any information on this website without prior notice. We may terminate, suspend, or restrict access at any time. We may refuse to respond to communication that is abusive, threatening, or comes from terminated accounts.

1.7 We offer no warranty regarding timeliness, performance, suitability, reliability, completeness, accuracy, or freedom from viruses of any website content or services.

1.8 We do not accept liability for damage or loss (including loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or wasted expenditure) resulting from use of or delay/inability to use this website, except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

2 | Delivery & Shipping

2.1 Shipping Regions & Warehouses

  • USA: Orders are shipped from our USA warehouse.
  • Europe & UK: Orders are shipped from our Europe warehouse.
    There are no tariffs for these regions, but local taxes or VAT may be charged by local authorities at delivery.

Do not ship any return without our prior acceptance — unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

2.2 Delivery Times

  • USA & Canada: 3–6 days
  • Europe & UK: 3–6 days
    We do not accept liability for delays, including carrier, customs, or restocking delays.

2.3 Shipping Costs

  • Orders $95+ ship free
  • Orders under $95: flat rate $7.99
    Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3 | Prices

3.1 Prices are as displayed on the Royal Equestrian website. We strive for accuracy, but errors may occur.

  • If an item’s correct price is lower than stated, we will refund the difference.
  • If it’s higher, we will notify you so you can choose to proceed or cancel.

3.2 Delivery charges are additional to product prices.

3.3 Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. All prices exclude tax; any applicable taxes/VAT are calculated at checkout.


4 | Payment

4.1 Payment must be made using the methods provided. You must be 18+ to place an order.


5 | Order Cancellations — By You

5.1 You have 24 hours from placing an order to cancel by emailing the appropriate regional contact above.

5.2 After 24 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed. We cannot cancel or refund shipments that are already in transit under any circumstances. If a parcel is delayed but still in the shipping process, we are unable to cancel or issue a refund. If you wish to return eligible items:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery to obtain your Return Form. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
  • Once approved, you have 30 days from receipt to return products in brand new condition, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags and materials intact.
  • All returns must be shipped to our main return department:
    Royal Mail PO Box Team, Dearne House.
    Do not ship any return without our prior acceptance — unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
  • Customers are responsible for all actual shipping costs for both outbound and return shipments. A $10 fee applies for exchanges. All exchanges require prior approval.
  • Discounted Products (Upon approval)
    For all discounted, promotional, or coupon-applied purchases, we issue store credit or an exchange only. 
  • Refused packages or deliveries rejected by the customer will be subject to a 30% restocking fee, plus all actual shipping costs incurred, including shipping to the customer and return shipping back to our warehouse.

5.3 Non-returnable items:

  • Custom orders, personalized or embroidered products
  • Discounted, closeout, or items purchased during promotions
  • Intimate apparel (underwear, socks, gloves)
  • Consumables, feed, supplements, sprays, shampoos
  • Leather goods, bridles, boots, bits, show/competition clothing, or items shipped directly from the manufacturer

5.4 Items must be in unused, unwashed, brand new condition to qualify for a refund or store credit.

5.5 Refunds are issued less actual shipping costs and may take 30–48 business days, subject to final quality control approval.

5.6 Unauthorized, late, or improperly packaged returns will not be accepted or refunded.

5.7 Pre-order and future collection items are produced and shipped on a made-to-order or limited-production basis.

Estimated shipping time for pre-order products may range from 30 to 90 days. In most cases, shipping occurs close to the stated delivery timeframe. Once a more precise shipment date has been determined, the estimated delivery window will be updated on the relevant product page.

All delivery dates for pre-order items are estimates only and may be subject to change due to production, logistics, or customs processes beyond our control.

Pre-order and future collection products are non-cancellable once the order has been processed.


6 | Order Cancellations — By Us

6.1 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel or refuse any order at any time, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

  • Insufficient stock availability
  • Inability to successfully process payment
  • Errors in product descriptions, specifications, or pricing
  • Delivery restrictions to the customer’s location
  • Suspected fraud, misuse, or abuse of our services
  • Conduct that we reasonably determine to be abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate toward our team or business

We value respectful and professional communication. Orders placed by customers engaging in inappropriate or unprofessional behavior may be cancelled without further obligation.

6.2 If we cancel your order, you will be notified by email. Any eligible refund will be processed within 30–48 business days using the original method of payment. We shall not be held liable for any delays caused by payment processors, banks, or other third-party service providers.


7 | Damaged or Faulty Items

7.1 Do not accept or sign for an order that is visibly damaged. Contact us immediately if you receive an item damaged in transit.

7.2 Defective products must be reported within 12 hours of receipt.

  • Products made by third parties must be returned to the manufacturer under their warranty policy. Royal Equestrian is not liable for third-party defects.

8 | Use & Storage of Data

Your data may be used to fulfill orders, improve services, and inform you about relevant offers. We may share necessary information with trusted shipping and service partners. Please review our full Privacy Policy for details.


9 | Proprietary Rights & Trademarks

All website content, branding, images, and trademarks are the property of HOUSE OF ROYAL GROUP. Use without written consent is prohibited.


10 | Governing Law

  • For orders made within the USA:
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Delaware State law, under the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Delaware.
  • For orders made within Europe and the UK:
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable European Union (EU) law, under the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Warsaw, Poland (Office: HOŻA 86, 00-682 Warsaw, Poland).

11 | Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our website prices, delivery details, and Privacy Policy, represent our entire agreement with you.
